Go ahead and call us braggarts, but it must be said: SixSpeed is full of exceptional people. And while we don’t need fancy awards to know that’s true, we sure do love seeing our teammates recognized for the special sauce they bring to the Minneapolis ad world.
Out of 185 nominees, we’re proud to celebrate three SixSpeeders who made Ad 2 MN’s 32 Under 32 list. So, if you’ll indulge us, we’re going to spend the next few paragraphs gushing about our colleagues.

A leader, mentor, and culture champion, Anne has left a giant, heart-shaped mark on her team and on SixSpeed as a whole. She helped transform media from a recommended service into a fully integrated agency capability, elevating both our work and how we show up for clients. Her knack for turning smart, audience-first insights into actionable strategies has made us a more connected, effective agency partner. Through it all, Anne has led with a calm, empathetic spirit, and we wouldn’t be where we are today without her.

Hannah’s energy and enthusiasm are contagious, inspiring every team she works with to raise the bar and find solutions that get clients excited. We know we're not alone in counting our lucky stars to have such a dedicated leader in the Minneapolis advertising community; someone who consistently brings people together to celebrate great work. It’s no wonder she was also named Ad 2 National’s President of the Year. And with all she’s accomplished at such a young age, the cherry on top is that she’s an absolute delight to work with.

When you work with someone who constantly exceeds expectations, it has a way of raising everyone’s game. Kate inspires those around her to push work from great to game-changing. Despite joining SixSpeed earlier this year, her impact can already be felt across the agency. She tackles briefs and client challenges with skill, intelligence, and impeccable taste, leading by example and bringing teams together to collaborate and tackle whatever comes their way. As her nominator put it, she’s a quiet assassin who absolutely kills it every time.
While we’re celebrating their individual achievements, this recognition also reflects the collaborative spirit that continues to drive our agency forward. We're grateful to work alongside so many talented people who continually push the limits of what's possible and inspire those around them to do the same.
