Senior Producer
As a Senior Producer, you will oversee the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production planning, cost control, communication, and execution for both projects and proposals from beginning through project completion. 
 
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Production Management & Activation
  • Administer production plans for upcoming projects
  • Oversee production budgets, schedules, timelines, runs of show, and site maps
  • Manage multiple projects and project elements, including activation, staff management, and post-project recaps
  • Provide production insight in guiding internal teams across SixSpeed in order to meet and exceed client’s goals
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of SixSpeed’s capabilities
  • Support Account team with the development of new business proposal content, including budgets and production approach
 
Purchasing & Sourcing
  • Manage and develop a rapport with third-party vendors, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Review competitive quotes and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review and approve invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts
  • Manage project billings, revenue, and recovery
 
Communication 
  • Notify account and production team of problems effecting quality, delivery, or budgets
  • Engage team with timely and effective communication
  • Develop a rapport with clients, establishing yourself as a subject matter expert
  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Establish effective relationships across SixSpeed’s multidisciplinary teams
 
Administrative
  • High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, ingenuity, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and drive for results in a fast-paced space
  • Excellent ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task
  • Record expenses and billable time completely and accurately on a weekly basis
 
SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Willing to travel at least once a month for up to a minimum of 3 days at a time
  • Some physical labor such as moving boxes and supplies onsite at events and shoots
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations with effective results
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently with frequent interruptions
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong desire to learn, be continuously challenged, and grow
  • Ability to responsibly handle credit cards and other sensitive customer material
 
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5-7 years of experience related to events and/or photo/video shoots, preferably in an agency setting
  • B.A. degree or equivalent, and/or work experience, with emphasis in marketing, public relations, journalism, or business management preferred 
  • Interest in action, lifestyle, and/or motorsports preferred

Associate Producer
As an Associate Producer, you will develop knowledge of the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production planning, cost control, communication, and execution for both projects and proposals from beginning through project completion.

  • Participate in the preparation of production estimates, schedules, timelines, runs of show, and site maps
  • Support multiple projects and project elements, including activation, staff management, and post-project recaps
  • Maintain a list of action items, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Follow internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Develop working knowledge of SixSpeed’s capabilities
 
Purchasing & Sourcing
  • Manage and develop a rapport with third-party vendors, troubleshooting conflicts as they arise
  • Solicit competitive quotes, negotiate, and select vendors as needed to complete projects
  • Review and approve invoices and reconcile discrepancies between quoted and invoiced amounts
  • Secure project assets and prepare load lists for Operations team prior to activation
 
Communication 
  • Notify production team of problems effecting quality, delivery, or budgets
  • Support team with timely and effective communication
  • Bring fresh production ideas to the team and/or project
  • Establish effective relationships across SixSpeed’s multidisciplinary teams
 
Administrative
