Associate Account Manager
SixSpeed is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join its growing team in Minneapolis.
 
As an Associate Account Manager, you’ll be involved with learning our clients’ business to help develop and grow relationships that add value to the client and our agency. You’ll be responsible for collaborating internally alongside an Account Manager to create great work that’s well executed to ensure high client satisfaction and account growth. 
 
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
 
Client Management 
  • Helps drive client business and relationships as a supporting role 
  • Assists and/or runs smaller initiatives with clients in support of the team 
 
Account Management 
  • Assists with project leadership and coordination responsibilities for assigned initiatives to ensure flawless execution
  • Assists with annual account planning and financials for assigned accounts 
  • Drives clear communication between the internal team and client
  • Assists in organizing client needs and feedback
 
Process Management 
  • Assists in project kick offs, account status, and debrief meetings with team
  • Works with PM to help execute creative and production processes 
  • Assists with managing projects and process in an organized manner
  • Supports team in client feedback and communication, routing information, assisting in gathering research, and gathering inputs for brief development and presentations
 
SKILLS REQUIRED

Project Manager
SixSpeed is looking for a Project Manager to join its growing team in Minneapolis.
 
As a Project Manager, your role is to, well, manage projects. You’ll enjoy working end-to-end on accounts that move fast across traditional, digital and experiential channels. You’ll wrangle scopes, timelines, and budgets to make sure they’re all delivered with perfection and on schedule. Working closely with and connecting all departments within SixSpeed, your excellent communication and process management skills will be put the test and put to good use. Additionally, you’ll monitor projects across internal teams from start to finish, managing external vendors as needed and mentoring other project managers along the way. Finally, you’ve got at least 5 years of agency experience as a project manager and maintain an active interest in the clients’ business.
 
RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
 
Project Management
  • Develop, implement and manage project plans from the onset of the project through completion
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring flawless execution and project profitability
  • Prepare and present proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets 
  • Oversee timelines and manage internal resources to ensure products are delivered on time 
  • Wrangle all project team members, manage internal communication and enforce internal processes
  • Coordinate with and manage external vendors and resources 
  • Anticipate, control and correct project variances

Human Resources Associate
SixSpeed is looking for a Human Resources Associate to join its growing team in Minneapolis.

RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
  • Post and close positions via applicant tracking system 
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews

Back End Developer
SixSpeed is looking for a part-time, temporary Back End PHP Developer to join its growing digital team in Minneapolis.

This position will start at 15 hours per week in office with the opportunity to grow into more hours and possibly full-time employment.  As a Back End Developer, your focus is to implement the functional aspects of projects while aligning with the creative team's vision and the project requirements. You’ll work closely with our Technical Director, digital team, and creative and experiential leads to constantly push the limits of what's possible for our brands' user experience while making sure the projects run as planned.  We are looking for top talent that isn't afraid to wear multiple hats while building our digital capabilities.  If you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this is the place for you.
