Account Manager
As an Account Manager at SixSpeed, you know how to own and navigate client relationships. Account Managers know more about the clients’ business than any other department and use this knowledge to develop and grow relationships that add value to the client and agency. We are looking for a responsible and collaborative team mate to work internally and create great work, sell in, and execute to ensure high client satisfaction and account growth. No schmoozers here – just solid business-oriented individuals who are likable and capable.

THE TASK AT HAND 
Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong active relationships with junior to mid-level clients
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Assist with managing client budget and set price/willingness to pay
  • Manage client expectations/satisfaction and provide conflict resolutions
  • Responsible for understanding clients’ business and using this knowledge to manage project output/execution
  • Assist with defining goals and objectives of a project with clients
Account Management
  • Lead internal team collaboration to create great work, sold in, well executed
  • Manage annual account planning and financials for assigned accounts
  • Develop and presents quarterly business reviews to senior management
Process Management
  • Lead project kick offs, account status, and debrief meetings with tea
  • Work with PM to oversee creative and production process – acting as the eye of the client
  • Manage client feedback and communication with internal team - routing information, gathering inputs for brief development and presentations

Digital Specialist
As our Digital Specialist, you will work across our clients’ digital touchpoints to execute media campaigns, identify trends, and push to improve all digital experiences. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with fast-paced, evolving job responsibilities and someone who isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats in order to help us continue building our digital team. The Digital Specialist is a collaborative position that will work closely with our Digital and Connections teams to ensure we constantly push the limits of what's possible for our brands’ user experience.

THE TASK AT HAND
  • Owning performance monitoring, reports, planning, and KPI's for digital campaigns
  • Executing on organic and paid digital campaigns across social media and ad platforms
  • Developing keyword plans to be used for both organic and paid search efforts
  • Assisting with copy for paid search campaigns
  • Analytics and UX site reviews to identify areas for improvements
  • Staying up to date on SEO, SEM, and UX best practices
  • Conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and monitoring SEO performance

WHO ARE YOU?
  • You have 1-3 years of relative experience at a creative agency
  • You tout a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • You’re obsessed with performance and curious about data
  • You’re on top of the latest trends and eager to dig in
  • You have familiarity and experience with Google Analytics, GTM, SEO, SEM, and PPC

Associate Producer
Our Producers manage the needs of multiple clients concurrently with an eye on efficiency, ingenuity, and growth. They are strategic thinkers, thoughtful planners, boots on the ground, and friendly faces of SixSpeed operations to all vendors and partners. We are looking for an Associate Producer to come aboard and assist our teams with experiential event production, photoshoots, and launches.

THE TASK AT HAND
Project Planning
  • Assist in production-related role(s) to properly support planning and onsite needs
  • Contribute to the development of production scope and deliverables, and contribute to the development of production estimates, plans, and timelines

Project Execution
  • Lead small-scale projects and work on complex projects with the support of senior staff
  • Research, coordinate, and secure external vendors, contractors, and estimates
  • Discuss production plan and associated timeline for implementing deliverables with project team
  • Actively participate in and contribute to internal production status meetings
  • Gain an understanding of the budget throughout the life of the project
  • Support activation with an eye on quality execution
  • Maintain a flexible attitude and approach

Controlling / Variance Management
  • Maintain working knowledge of the production budget
  • Coordinate and secure third-party vendors and quotes
  • Monitor and manage production expenses throughout the project

Project Closing
  • Contribute to budget reconciliation comparing production expenses on the P&L to the budget
  • Contribute to a post-activation report identifying wins, learnings, and opportunities

WHO ARE YOU?
  • You have 1-3 years of experience related to events and/or photo/video shoots, preferably in an agency setting
  • You tout a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, or business management
  • You’re comfortable being a road-warrior and a planner in the office
  • You exemplify strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • You thrive on human interaction and maintaining relationships
  • You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and drive for results in a fast-paced environment

Project Manager
As a Project Manager, your role is to, well, manage projects.  You’ll be working end-to-end on accounts that move fast across traditional, digital and experiential channels. Most of your day will be wrangling teams, deliverables, and budgets to make sure they’re all delivered on plan and on schedule. Working closely with project teams to ensure everything is moving as planned, your excellent communication and process management skills will be put to the test and put to good use. Finally, you’ve got at least 3 years of agency experience and maintain an active interest in the clients’ business.

THE TASK AT HAND 
Project Planning
  • Facilitate project opening process, ensuring all project platforms are set up appropriately
  • Develop, implement and manage project plans for small to medium scale projects from the onset of the project through execution
  • Build integrated teams by identifying resources needed and hours associated to successfully accomplish a project
  • Define project scope and deliverables and develop comprehensive estimates and SOWs, timelines, and budgets for small to medium scale projects

Project Execution
  • Lead small to medium scale projects and work on more complex projects with the support of senior staff
  • Research, coordinate with, and manage external vendors and budgets
  • Communicate full project plan in the project kick off with clearly defined deliverables, team member responsibilities, and project milestones/timeline
  • Schedule and facilitate creative kick off, internal reviews, project status, client reviews. Agendas & meeting leaders should be created for each meeting.
  • Manage project timeline and internal team members to ensure all project milestones are delivered on time
  • Ensure internal meetings (IRs, project status etc.) are accounted for, scheduled, and productive
  • Manage job cost throughout the life of the project, proactively monitoring hours and expenses
  • Manage client invoice tracking in the progress billing schedule document
 
Controlling / Variance Management
  • Maintain working knowledge of project progress
  • Evaluate variances from the project plan, problem solve and correct any project issues or shifts
  • Update and/or create a new plan (deliverables, resources, timeline, budget) to address project issues or shifts
 
Project Closing
  • Complete budget reconciliation comparing to-date billings, hours, and expenses to project plan & budget
  • Facilitate client invoicing, ensuring all project invoices are complete and correspond to the appropriate billing schedule
  • Execute project closing process
