Account Manager – Outdoor Brands

We are hiring an Account Manager to own and navigate day-to-day client relationships within our growing portfolio of outdoor accounts. They are responsible for leading the client externally and the SixSpeed team internally to ensure team health and high client satisfaction.  They must have an entrepreneurial spirit to identify and secure opportunities while leading and expanding SixSpeed’s business.  The Account Manager reports to the Group Account Director.

For this role we are looking for a person with agency account experience and knowledge from working for passion and lifestyle brands with extra credit for work in outdoor/hike/hunt categories.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Management:

  • Builds and maintain strong active relationships with junior to mid-level clients
  • Act as primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Assist with managing client budget and set price/willingness to pay
  • Manages client expectations/satisfaction and provide conflict resolutions
  • Responsible for having an understanding of clients’ business and using this knowledge to manage project output/execution
  • Assist with defining goals and objectives of a project with clients

Account Management:

  • Lead internal team collaboration to create great work that’s well executed
  • Manage annual account planning and financials for assigned accounts
  • Develops and presents quarterly business reviews to senior management

Process Management:

  • Leads project kick offs, account status, and debrief meetings with team
  • Work with PM to oversee creative and production process – acting as the eye of the client
  • Manages client feedback and communication with internal team – routing information, gathering inputs for brief development and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • 1-3 years of relevant agency experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Minimum 1 year prior management experience at an agency
  • Understanding of integrated marketing mix
  • Ability to lead and inspire team
  • Collaborative and solution oriented

Art Director

This is an established role that will engage collaboratively with creative partners, to guide the overall visual appearance, how it communicates, evokes and appeals to a specific audience. They engage collaboratively with creative partners, primarily copywriters, to cultivate concepts and ideas. They guide teams of designers, fabricators, photographers, illustrators and other artists to see the vision through.

Art Director’s must generate compelling ideas and visuals that are on-point while displaying the ability to see them through with a team, by acting as a guide, translator, mentor and leader. The Art Director will have exceptional understanding and practice of layout, composition, color theory, typography, perspective and spatial relationships. They understand the dynamics of a team and bring strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment. Above all, the Art Director continually strives to better the work ensuring it is on-point for the assignment.

This position is for our fast paced powersports client. Passion and knowledge for powersports will be given extra credit!

Above all, the Sr. Designer must continually strive to improve the work and have a solid understanding of the assignment to ensure the visual communication is successful.
