Copywriter
As a Copywriter, you’ll be tasked with taking on big, sticky challenges—tackling them with pen, paper and an open mind. You’ll not only have ideas that leap from the page, but the skill and discipline to craft them into copy that inspires action. You’ll speak to audiences through well-crafted ideas, with words and images as your closest allies. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years of creative agency experience, a proven ability to generate original ideas and the persistence to will them into the world.

WHO ARE YOU

Creative Director
Creative Directors are the driving force that keeps the creative group at SixSpeed fully engaged and consistently generating sharp work as one team. They direct the development of original concepts, global campaigns, brand assets, oversee multiple projects through execution and manage client relationships regarding all creative deliverables. As a leader and manager, our Creative Directors must represent SixSpeed’s culture and standards through action and directly manage a team of creatives advancing their skillset, careers and craft.

THE TASK AT HAND
  • Lead the development of integrated campaigns and ideas for outdoor and active lifestyle brands in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
  • Direct and shape work that is strategically sound, conceptually inspiring and creatively powerful to connect people and brands in new & innovative ways
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner by demonstrating a deep understanding of their market and business sectors and their specific challenges and opportunities
  • Partner with Account group to provide guidance, insights, and perspectives in support of client initiatives aligning our services with client needs
  • Understand and translate clients marketing objectives, brand, consumer and competitive landscape to Brand group
  • Inspire and motivate teams to create their best work
  • Provide clear, timely, and helpful feedback to improve creative output and processes keeping work on budget and schedule
  • Participate in new business pitches and presentations
  • Directly manage, mentor and develop Brand group
  • Advocate for SixSpeed through developing thought leadership and industry relationships

  • 5+ years as creative leader in advertising or marketing agency
  • 3+ years as a direct manager responsible for growing direct reports and providing mentorship

Office Coordinator
As our Office Coordinator, you’re the first impression of SixSpeed, representing who we are and what we do while working to impact each visitor in a positive way. This position champions effective face-to-face and phone interactions with all employees, visitors and vendors, and assists with office and administrative duties, optimizing efforts to be present and available for anyone who walks through the front door. The Office Coordinator has excellent interpersonal communication with eagerness to listen, observe and identify opportunities to continue bettering SixSpeed while mastering the know-how of what we do here.

THE TASK AT HAND 
  • Office coordination including supply ordering, inventory and general office stocking and prepping
  • Front desk reception and greeting guests, answer phone calls and direct calls/messages, prep for clients and other visitors
  • General office prep, tidying, and assistance as needed on building related projects and maintenance coordination
  • Assist with employee needs as they arise (equipment needs, group lunch orders, technical supplies, etc.)
  • Assist with travel bookings, calendar management, and expense reports
  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Administrative support to our Business Operations Manager and Accounting Manager, as needed

You are up for challenges and growth in the workplace and excited to make waves. You have a positive personality with the will to effectively brighten the experience of each of our visitors and employees (could also be defined as badass). You’re comfortable with G-Suite, Excel, and Word and are a wizard at prioritizing and multitasking. Confidential information is no issue for you to handle professionally, and you have 1-2 years of previous receptionist experience under your belt. You tout a bachelor’s degree and aren’t afraid to continue learning each day.
