Social Media Specialist

As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring our clients’ social media accounts. You’ll work closely with our Digital, Connections, and Brand teams to develop social media plans and strategies, and execute on them.

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Executing on social media campaigns across social and management platforms
  • Owning performance monitoring, reports, planning, and KPIs for social media campaigns
  • Consistent monitoring and proactive engagement on all social media platforms
  • Identifying real-time opportunities and sharing with the team
  • Owning content calendars and work with the team to pull together all relevant information needed to create the content
  • Constantly learning about existing and up-and-coming platforms, as well as relevant trends and platform updates
  • Managing multiple social media accounts for multiple brands simultaneously

WHO ARE YOU?

  • You have 1-3 years of relevant agency experience
  • You tout a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • You’re obsessed with performance and curious about data
  • You’re on top of the latest trends and eager to dig in
  • You are comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite and other social creation platforms

Connection Generalist

Successful marketing communications need to reach the right people, with the right message, at the right time and place. As a Connection Generalist, you’ll wear multiple hats to insight each of these pillars— acting as a researcher to define and understand audiences, competitors, and culture; bringing powerful insights and truths to help spark great creative, and planning campaigns and go-to-market strategies to ensure we reach our clients’ audiences.

Ultimately, you’ll drive brand growth and momentum by identifying, inspiring, and connecting passionate communities of people who share a common belief or purpose with the brands that SixSpeed represents.

THE TASK AT HAND

  • You will develop research plans and conduct in-depth consumer immersion and digital ecosystem analysis to uncover unique insights.
  • Gain understanding of our client’s target audiences, develop personas, understand decision journeys, and find piercing insights to help fuel meaningful creative work and communication plans.
  • Effectively plan go-to-market strategies and tactics, campaign plans, and channel strategies to ensure our creative is placed in the right mediums and the right time.
  • Study our clients, their industries and their competitors to provide insights and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Partner with project teams to present insights and work to clients
  • Be a student of the marketing landscape to proactively discover industry best practices and unique marketing strategies
  • Assist in the creation and iteration of SixSpeed’s strategic frameworks, processes, and capabilities
  • Help identify areas of growth for the Connection Team’s capabilities

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

WHO ARE YOU

  • You preferably tout a degree in the realm of Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • You have 2-4 years of experience in marketing or advertising, preferably focused in strategy.

As a Copywriter, you’ll be tasked with taking on big, sticky challenges—tackling them with pen, paper and an open mind. You’ll not only have ideas that leap from the page, but the skill and discipline to craft them into copy that inspires action. You’ll speak to audiences through well-crafted ideas, with words and images as your closest allies. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of creative agency experience, a proven ability to generate original ideas and the persistence to will them into the world.

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Generate high-quality targeted ideas and copy in a fast-paced, team-centric environment
  • Digest and understand technical product information and translate into compelling brand messages
  • Craft deep core insights that inspire and come to life as both short and long copy
  • Concept ideas and executions to deliver the most effective and creative outcome possible
  • Translate a brand’s personality across channels
  • Proactively self-organize with teammates to creatively solve problems
  • Deliver copy to the team in a timely and effective manner, meeting all deadlines

Digital Asset Coordinator

As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the production, organization, and distribution of images and other digital assets to our clients, internally, or a CMS while adhering to digital naming conventions, industry best practices, and format specifications. You’ll have a level of autonomy in determining the best path to complete tasks assigned by project managers or digital team leads.

THE TASK AT HAND

  • Understanding of graphic formats and their creation, knowledge of optimal format to use based on the particular application.
  • Create derivative layouts by repurposing assets and images to a variety of specifications, following established art direction and solid design principles
  • Champion CMS asset population and management
  • Develop QA systems and reporting for CMS development
  • Assist with browser and usability testing
  • Development of training, deployment, and quality assurance documentation for various solutions
  • Constantly collaborate and share knowledge with your team members

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Obsessing over asset organization and workflow within digital and other SixSpeed projects
  • Identifying new tools or processes to increase production efficiency and quality of deliverables
  • Mastering production and delivery of common file formats and deliverables
