As a Receptionist, you will be the first impression of SixSpeed, representing who we are and what we do while ensuring each guest has a positive experience. This position champions effective face-to-face and phone interactions with all employees and guests while assisting with administrative duties, optimizing efforts to be present and available for anyone who walks through the front door. Accounting Manager
SixSpeed is looking for an Accounting Manager to join its growing team in Minneapolis.
As SixSpeed’s Accounting Manager, you will work closely with all departments and strategically lead our accounting operations. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. This key role addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and leading budget and forecast activities. You will report directly to our COO.

  • Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
  • Direct all daily accounting activities and tasks
  • Lead the financial close process to ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in the month-end close process and successfully implement these improvements
  • Train, lead, and supervise supporting staff
  • Lead cross-functional accounting projects and initiatives
  • Oversee annual budget preparation and analysis
  • Manage banking and lending relationships
  • Direct all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities 
  • Oversee annual financial statement audit

Back End Developer
SixSpeed is looking for a part-time, temporary Back End PHP Developer to join its growing digital team in Minneapolis.

This position will start at 15 hours per week in office with the opportunity to grow into more hours and possibly full-time employment.  As a Back End Developer, your focus is to implement the functional aspects of projects while aligning with the creative team's vision and the project requirements. You’ll work closely with our Technical Director, digital team, and creative and experiential leads to constantly push the limits of what's possible for our brands' user experience while making sure the projects run as planned.  We are looking for top talent that isn't afraid to wear multiple hats while building our digital capabilities.  If you’re comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this is the place for you.

Executive Experiential Producer
SixSpeed is looking for an Executive Experiential Producer to join its growing team in Minneapolis.
As an Executive Experiential Producer, you will be responsible for directing the needs of external and internal clients with ongoing production oversight, cost control, communications and execution for both projects and proposals from beginning through project completion. 

Production Management 
  • Direct production plans for upcoming projects
  • Oversee production budgets, schedules, timelines, runs of show, and site maps
  • Oversee multiple projects, project elements, and resources allocated with an eye on efficiency   
  • Demonstrate production insight in guiding internal teams across SixSpeed in order to meet and exceed client’s goals
  • Enforce internal processes to ensure efficiencies and productivity
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of SixSpeed’s capabilities
  • Support Account team with the development of new business proposal content, including budgets and production approach
Purchasing & Cost Containment
  • Oversee the production team’s relationships with third-party vendors and identify new partners/resources/capabilities
  • Oversee quotes secured and vendor selection by production team
  • Oversee project budgets, job cost detail reports, and reconciliation, ensuring profitability 
  • Oversee project billings, revenue and recovery
  • Notify account and production team of problems affecting quality, delivery or budgets

SixSpeed is looking for a Copywriter to join its growing Minneapolis team. 

You’ll be tasked with taking on big, sticky challenges — tackling them just like us: with pencils down and minds open. You’ll not only have ideas that leap from the page, but the skill and discipline to craft them into copy that inspires action. You’ll speak to audiences through well-crafted brand ideas, using language as your closest ally. The ideal candidate has 4-6 years of creative agency experience, a proven ability to generate original ideas and the persistence to will them into the world. This position is for our fast-paced powersport and outdoor client base. Passion and knowledge for powersports and the outdoors will be given extra credit.

Senior Project Manager
SixSpeed is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join its growing team in Minneapolis.
As a Senior Project Manager, your role is to, well, manage projects. You’ll enjoy working end-to-end on accounts that move fast across traditional, digital and experiential channels. You’ll wrangle scopes, timelines, and budgets to make sure they’re all delivered with perfection and on schedule. Working closely with and connecting all departments within SixSpeed, your excellent communication and process management skills will be put the test and put to good use. Additionally, you’ll monitor projects across internal teams from start to finish, managing external vendors as needed and mentoring other project managers along the way. Finally, you’ve got at least 5 years of agency experience as a project manager and maintain an active interest in the clients’ business.
